T.R.I.P.S. is a curbside-to-curbside para-transit bus service for Rockland County residents who are physically or mentally challenged or senior citizens over the age of 60 who find it difficult or impossible to use fixed-route bus service. T.R.I.P.S. service is provided throughout Rockland County six days a week, Monday through Saturday, and on selected holidays.

VCB is adapted to meet the needs of people who are blind and people who are independent wheelchair users. VCB’s specially designed facility allows freedom of movement and independence.VCB offers: Braille classes, computers with large print and voice output, support groups, discussions, mobility lessons, cooking classes, personal and home management training, large print and Braille books, speakers bureau on topics of interest for people with vision loss, pre-vocational and work experience training.
